This familiar fragrance of Wintergreen gives new energy to tiredness.  It is one of the best oils for muscular spasms, aches and pains.  Use for rheumatic conditions, gout and stiffness due to old age.  Assist us in letting go of control and release old habits or beliefs so we get closer to our own spiritual understanding.  

Avoid if nursing, in cases of liver/kidney problems or if on blood thinners.  Don't use on infants. Dilute with a carrier oil on skin as can be irritating to skin.
