A relative of marjoram, this oil is a natural infection fighter.  Recent studies suggest that is has antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties.   Useful for relieving children's coughs, allergies, hay fever, colds, influenza and indigestion.  Soothes menstrual pain.

Put in bath water, inhale, diffuse, put in foot bath to help get rid of athlete's foot, rub on bottom of feet to help with immunity when sick, massage on troubled areas.

Can be a skin irritant so dilute with carrier oil, has strong sedative qualities
