A strong medicinal fragrance that aids in concentration.  Used in a number of respiratory remedies.  Effective antibacterial, cough suppressant/expectorant.  Its antiviral properties help fight colds, flu and ease breathing, headaches, muscular aches and pains. 

Use in a bath, compress on chest or massage on chest as expectorant, add to hot water and place a towel over your head and inhale to help move mucous out of chest and airways.

Do not use if you have high blood pressure
