White Camphor is a balancing oil and helps to relax people who are generally nervous.  Warms or cools where necessary.  Helpful with arthritis, rheumatism and muscular aches and pains.  Camphor has a crystalline structure that gives it the ability to amplify energy and awaken you to your consciousness in life.

Put in bath water, diffuse, use as a compress on chest for warming & increasing blood flow to move out congestion (dilute with carrier oil), add to shampoo or lotion.  Use to treat skin conditions such as acne, inflammation and oily skin.  

Use sparingly in pregnancy and epilepsy
