Can use in bath water, add to a spray bottle and mist room, put in diffuser, use as a compress either hot or cold to reduce fever or insect bites, in shampoo or conditioner or massage on skin with a carrier oil. You can use on oil, acne prone skin and varicose veins but make sure to dilute with a carrier oil as it can be a skin irritant.
